Change or Cancel Your Order

Please contact us as soon as possible, if you need to change or cancel your order. Include your order number and the change you would like to make, and we will confirm once it is done.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility: Items returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a refund. All returned items must be in new, unused condition: unaltered, undamaged, with tags attached, in the original packaging. We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.

Who pays for return shipping:

• Item arrived defective, damaged in transit, or we sent you the wrong item → We covers the return shipping.
• You changed your mind → you cover the return shipping.

Return process: Contact customer service first for confirmation and return instructions, then send the item(s) back. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may need a few additional business days to show the refund on your statement.
