Sizing, fabrics, care, shipping, returns and order changes — the questions we get asked most before a first order, collected in one place.

Ordering a reading pillow or a floor sofa online comes down to a few very practical questions: will it fit my bed, what is it actually made of, how do I wash it, and what happens if something goes wrong? We have answered all of them below.

Returns: 30 days, unused and in original packaging.

01 Choosing the right size

Our reading pillows are built to match standard mattress widths, so the simplest approach is to pick the size that matches the bed you will actually use them on.

How do I choose the right size?

We offer Twin, Full, Queen, King and California King, sized to line up with standard US mattress widths, and we also cover common European mattress sizes — so most beds are accounted for without any measuring. For single-person use — a reading chair, a dorm room, a small apartment — there is also a more compact 60 cm (about 23 inches) option.

02 Fabrics, fillings and safety

Materials matter more than most people expect, especially in a product you lean against for hours at a time. Here is exactly what goes into our pieces.

What fabrics and materials do you use?

Our pillows are made from 100% cotton or a cotton-linen blend. Floor sofas use 100% polyester, which holds up better to daily wear on the floor.

All of our fillings are OEKO-TEX certified Class I — the strictest class in the standard, and the one that applies to articles for babies and young children. That means no nasty surprises if the pillow ends up in a nursery or a child's bedroom.

03 Cleaning and care

Nothing here needs dry cleaning or special detergents. The short version: covers come off, machines do the work, and air drying keeps the shape.

How do I clean my product?

Most pillow covers are removable and machine washable — cold water, gentle cycle, air dry. Skip the tumble dryer; the heat is what flattens a cover and dulls the color.

Floor sofa covers can be spot-cleaned for small marks, or removed and washed when they need a full clean. Check the care label sewn into your product, or the Care Instructions page on our site, for the specifics of your exact fabric.

Quick tip: washing on cold and air drying is the single easiest way to keep a cotton-linen cover looking new for years.

04 Where we ship and how long it takes

We keep this simple, and we would rather say it up front than surprise you at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, the European Union, and parts of Asia (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore). Depending on the destination and the size of the order, parcels go out with GLS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, GOFO, USPS or SF Express.

How long will my order take?

United States: orders are processed within 1 business day and dispatched within 2 business days. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days.
European Union: orders are processed within 2 business days and dispatched within 3 business days. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Asia: orders are processed within 3 business days and dispatched within 5 business days. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

In practice that means most US orders arrive within about a week of being placed, holidays and carrier delays aside.

05 Returns, order changes and tracking

Things happen — a color does not suit the room, a size is not quite right, or you simply change your mind. Here is how we handle each case.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return an item, provided it is in new, unused condition and still in its original packaging.

If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or simply the wrong item, we cover the return shipping. If you have changed your mind, the return shipping is on you. Either way, contact us first so we can issue the return instructions and make sure nothing gets lost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — as long as the order has not shipped yet. Get in touch with your order number as soon as you can and we will amend or cancel it before it leaves the warehouse. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the return process above is the way to go.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. You can follow it directly on the carrier's website.

06 Comfort, colors and support

Are your reading pillows firm enough for back support?

Yes. Our reading and backrest pillows use a high-resilience filling that is designed to hold its shape rather than gradually sag. It supports your back, neck and arms while you read, work or game in bed — which is exactly the kind of long, slouched session that ordinary pillows give up on.

Do you offer other colors?

The colors shown on each product page are the full range — we do not produce custom colors. Use the color selector on the product page to see every option available for that item.
